Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

Known in South Africa for her work as designer ans associate director with Athol Fugard from the 1980s. Designed the US premiéres of all his plays from A Lesson from Aloes onwards. Many of her designs were also utilized in South African productions, including those for the award-winning Playland, The Captain’s Tiger, Valley Song and Sorrows and Rejoicings.
