Scribble is a South African musical.

The story concerns some of the losers of our world and Basil's Ballroom, where they congregate to wait for that one miracle that might change their lives forever.

Performance history in South Africa

1996: Started out at The Mixer Theatre

1998: It was performed in the Unisa Little Theatre (Pretoria), starring Brendan Grealy, Sello Sebotsane, Matthew Stewardson, Karin van der Laag, Chantal Nativel, Graham Clarice, Lesego Motsepe. Music directed and composed by Jervis Pennington, muisical director Saranti Reeders, choreographer Timothy Bellew, set deign by Stan Knight.

Tesson Theatre at the Civic on a regular basis.
