Moeder en Seun ("Mother and son") is an Afrikaans play in verse by D.F. Malherbe (1881-1969).
The original text
It is a Biblical play, telling of the inner struggle of Asa, King of Juda and a follower of Jehova, and his mother Maäga, an idolator.
The text was published by Naspers in 1945.
