Dear Daddy is a play by English playwright Denis Cannan, first staged at the Ambassadors Theatre in London's West End in 1976. Published by French, 1976.

Performance history in South Africa

1978: Presented in South Africa by Pieter Toerien and Shirley Firth in 1978 at the Baxter Theatre, directed by Nigel Patrick, with Lois Butlin as “Gillian”. The rest of the cast were Nigel Patrick, Shelagh Holliday, Susan Gehr, John Parsonson, Richard Haines and British actors Timothy Hick and Dilys Hamlett. This production was alo presented at the André Huguenet Theatre, Johannesburg and at various other theatres.
