Special Occasions, is a play in two acts by Canadian playwright and screenwriter Bernard Slade [1] (born 1930).

Performance history in South Africa

1984: Directed by Rex Garner for Pieter Toerien, performed at the Port Elizabeth Opera House 17 - 22 September 1984 and the Baxter Theatre 24 September - 6 October 1984. Cast: James Griffin, Sally Smith.

2009: Presented by the Milnerton Players at the Milnerton Playhouse, directed by Yvonne Copley.
