1969: It was first performed at the Rhodes University Theatre in October 1969 with Jane Osborne, Lyn Hooker and Noël Roos.
1970: Presented by PACT Drama in 1970 at the Breytenbach Theatre Pretoria (14-18 July) and the Alexander Theatre, directed by Francois Swart, decor designed by Richard Cook. The cast: Beryl Gordon, Bill Brewer, Ken Leach, Fiona Fraser.
