Intent to Murder is a thriller by Brisitsh actor and writer Leslie Sands (1921-2001) [1]. Casting: m3, f3.
Author Janet Preston lives in a remote cottage in Yorkshire. Her criminal and abusive husband turns up - he is on the run. She murders him but before she can get rid of the body his partner in crime arrives and insists that Janet passes him off as her husband.
First published: English Theatre Guild, London, 1953.
In South Africa the play was presented by the Dramatic Society of East London in 1954 and the Anchor Players in 1973.
