Performance history in South Africa
It was first performed at the Rhodes University Theatre in October 1969 with Jane Osborne, Lyn Hooker and Noël Roos.
Presented by PACT Drama in 1970 at the Breytenbach Theatre Pretoria (14-18 July) and the Alexander Theatre, directed by Francois Swart, decor designed by Richard Cook. The cast: Beryl Gordon, Bill Brewer, Ken Leach, Fiona Fraser.
