Drink of Verdrink is the translation into Afrikaans by H. Postma of O bere o affogare (literally 'drink or choke', meaning a case of Hobson's choice) by Italian dramatist and poet Leo di Castelnovo (pseudonym of Leopoldo Pulle)(1835-1917) [1].
