A dramatization of the novel Mooi Annie, of De Schipbreukelinge, written by D'Arbez (J.F. van Oordt) in 1898. Subtitled "Een historisch Kaapsch verhaal uit de 18de eeuw" and published by Jacques Dusseau, Amsterdam / Kaapstad, z.j. in 1898. Originally written in Dutch, it was translated into Afrikaans in 1926 by P.C. Schoonees.

Dramatised by Leon Maré (1889–1983) as Mooi Annie, published by H.A.U.M., Cape Town and J.H. de Bussy, Pretoria, in 1929.
