Biography

He was born in Ingolstadt, Germany, in 1964.

Training

During the 1980s he worked towards a BA FineArts degree at Michaelis, Cape Town.

Career

Reiner worked as a designer at the Stadttheater, Ingolstadt. During this time he made several informative trips to Italy and South Africa.

He is the author of the photo albums South Africa: Blue Portraits and South Africa: new portraits.

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

He designed Shakespeare's Macbeth, Die Park, Lysistrata.
