Master Canterbury (18**-18**) was a young amateur performer attached to the Garrison Players in Cape Town.
Possibly the son of an officer stationed in Cape Town in 1825, he is mentioned only once by Bosman (1928), when he appeared as "Snowball" in Exchange No Robbery (8 October, 1825).
