She studied Performing Arts and Drama at Pretoria Technikon in South Africa.

As an actress and performer
She is a familiar face on local South African TV, having performed in numerous TV commercials and TV series, including Egoli, The Lab and The Wild.
Other international film and TV roles include appearances in Black Velvet Band (1997), The Adventures of Sinbad (1998), Merlin: The Return (2000), Hey Boy (2003), Der weisse Afrikaner (2004), Straight Outta Benoni (2005), Shogun Khumalo Is Dying! (2006), Wild at Heart (2012), Shotgun Garfunkel (2013), Bedford Wives (2017), Good Omens (2019), Agent (2019), Dam (2021).
As a casting agent and director
She founded the G-Casting agency in 2002 and in 2015 she co-founded The Casting Couch with her friend and business partner Petro Magos. Over the years she has cast various commercials and TV series, including Straight Outta Benoni (2005), Shogun Khumalo Is Dying! (2006), The Lab (2006), Rakka (2017), Firebase (2017), Legacy (2020), Dam (2021).
In 2007 she won a SAFTA for "Best Ensemble Cast" for The Lab.
Other activities
She also works as an MC and is a passionate Latin American and Ballroom Dancer, she won the title of Miss Italy in South Africa in the year 2000.
She has also performed in and co-choreographed two burlesque shows, Boylesque and Welcome to Burlesque.
