BEING EDITED

The original text

A play about water: the search for it, our dependence on it, and the realization that it is a provider of life in so many concrete and metaphorical ways. In the piece Bekker then traces the similarities between a water drilling rig and a typewriter, the first searches for water in a direct way, the second gives indirectly, by means of the word. And both are achieved through old machines: a classic Olympia typewriter and a Star drilling machine...

First broadcast in Radioteater on RSG in October 2016.
