		+	Adapted from the hit 1992 film of the same name. The story follows Deloris Van Cartier, a lounge singer who witnesses a murder and is placed in a convent under witness protection. While there, she transforms the convent choir with her unique, soulful style, ultimately finding her voice and sisterhood.

		+	After having a regional premiere in 2006, in Pasadena, California, the original West End production opened on June 2, 2009, at the London Palladium.
