Born in South Africa of Greek-Cypriot parents. he studied at ** Wits?**, Johannesburg. Became a teacher of maths, drama and English at King David (Victory Park) and Saheti High Schools, lectured at Midrand Graduate Institute (Marketing and Consumer Behaviour) and presented the movie and theatre reviews on the Pan-Hellenic Voice Greek Community Radio Station.

As actor has had roles in ''[[Tsafendas]]'', the one-man play by [[Anton Krueger]] (nominated for an FNB-Vita Award),

A writer he is a member of the [[Lionel Abrahams]], Pat Grayson and [[David Medalie]] writing workshops (now facilitated by Abrahams's widow, [[Jane Fox]]). His play ''[[The Apple Tree]]'' was runner-up to [[Mike van Graan]]’s ''[[Green Man Flashing]]'' in the [[PANSA New SA Writing Initiative]] at The [[Johannesburg Civic Theatre]]’s [[Actors' Centre]].

He is a regular face on television, appearing in commercials, presenting on ''The Mindset Channel'' and performing in locally produced series - mostly as a Greek or Portuguese character.
