''[[REDD'S Street Carnival]]'' is an annual event organized in Port Elizabeth by the students of [[Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University]].

First organized under this sponsor's name in 2015, it takes place at Kings Beach, Humewood, Port Elizabeth, and consists of a social [[festival]] of music, dance and pageantry - a mix of local art and culture groups, pantsula dancers, giant puppets and South African inspired floats. THe ev ent begins at 15H00 and continues till midnight, with the [[carnival] procession starting from the [[NMMU]] campus at 17h30.
