(19**-19**) Actress, journalist, commercial artist and advertising manager. Born in Burgersdorp, she was a distant relative of [[André Huguenet]]’s. Made her debut as actress for Huguenet in ''[[Haar egskeiding]]'' (“Her divorce”) in 1935, then also did ''[[Gevaarlike huwelik]]'' (1935), ''[[Die Kwaksalwer]]'' (1939), ''[[Ek het ‘n man vermoor]]'' (193*), and ''[[Helshoogte]]'' (194*) with him. In 1942 she joined the [[Pierre de Wet]] company, along with [[James Norval]] and [[Anna Cloete]], and had a happy time performing in plays such as ''[[Pinkie]]'' (1942-43) and ''[[Satansloon]]'' (1942). In 1944, after a serious operation, she bid the stage farewell and turned to commercial art and the publicity and marketing sector. However, she still acted in films for Pierre De Wet (e.g. ''Pinkie se Erfenis'', 1946, *). Her substantial radio work included ''Agamemnon'' (1944), * Edited Lantern**??
