-(Also referred to as the [[Ikhwezi Community Theatre Festival]] or simply the [[Ikhwezi Festival]])  Inititated in 1998 with [[Itumeleng Wa-Lehulere]] as Festival Director, it formed part of the [[Baxter Theatre Centre]]’s  [[Ikhwezi Outreach Programme]].
