A theatre space described by many as the most intimate and character-filled in the Cape - amongst tranquil vineyards and age old oak trees. <br /> <br /> Built in 1780, this was originally a high-walled chicken coop with no roof, with the nests built into the walls. A few of these original nooks are still visible. The beamed ceiling was added later when the coop was incorporated into the wine maturation cellar (circa 1800).
