(18*-19*) Actor. Grew up in Graaff-Reinet, where he became one of [[Pieter Pohl]]'s actors and in many ways acting as Pohl's adjudant in the [[Graaff-Reinetse Dramatische Vereniging]]. In 1909 Momberg and Pohl joined the English-language [[Graaff-Reinet Amateur Dramatic and Musical Society]] till its split along language lines in 1915. In 1916, Momberg joined Pohl again to found the [[Graaff-Reinetse Letterkundige en Toneel Vereniging]], directing and acting for it till its demise in 1926, though in 1927 he still produced ''[[Lugkastele]]'' under its name. From 1928 onwards until 1934 he served as resident director for the [[Graaff-Reinet Educational Training College]], doing plays such as ''[[Die Laaste van die Takhare]]'' ([[Langenhoven]], 1928), ''[[Van Riet van Rietforntein]]'' (**, 1928 - which they toured widely, visiting places such as Aberdeen, Steytlerville and Pearston.), ''[[Die Drie van der Walts]]'' (***, 1932), ''[[Die Nuwe Onderwyseres]]'' (***, 1935), ''[[Die Vloek]]'' (***, 1939), ''[[Die Heks]]'' ([[Leipold]], 19**), etc.
