Though no text by this name can be found, it was probably written for the [[Rederijkers]] circa the 1870s-1880s, perhaps a local version of a dramatic sketch called ''[[Het Vaderland Roept]]'' ("the fatherland calls", a performance of which is recorded by the society Nieuw Leven in Emmen, 1919), or more likely, a version of A.A. van der Stempel's early work, ''[[Drie Lotelingen voor de Militieraad]]'' ("three conscripts before the military council"), published in Steenwijk by H. Spanjaard, 1869).
