A German play on the theme of the emancipated woman, Written in 1841, and first performed in Frankfurt am Main in 1843. Published in Benedix's ''Gesammelte Dramatische Werke'' (Vol. II, pp. 152-273) by J.J. Weber, Leipzig, in 1846.
