[[Deon Furnell]] is a businessman and facilitator, and one-time an amateur actor, playwright and director.

==Biography==

He completed high school at D.F.Malan High School in Cape Town, where he was a member of the Drama Society (1972-1974), then did a B.Econ. degree at the [[University of Stellenbosch]], where his ativities and societies included being a student leader, Vice Chairman of the Residence committee, an accredited athletics coach and an active member of [[USAT]], the University Drama Society.

His further studies included a Master's Degree in Behavioural PsychologyMaster's Degree, Behaviour Psychology from the University of ST Paul Minnesota USA (1982 - 1984) and various professional certificates over the years.

His career encompassed 3 years (Jan 1979 - Dec 1981) of teaching at the Strand High School, before moving to various marketing and training positions with companies in South Africa.
