Mentioned as a "new play" in 1811, it may have been a [[Dutch]] translation or adaptation of ''[[Le Voyageur]]'' by Madame de Genlis[https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/F%C3%A9licit%C3%A9_de_Genlis], a play for young people contained in her collection ''Théâtre à l'Usage des Jeunes Personnes'', (four volumes, published in Paris by Panckoucke, 1779-1780).
