Among the many plays she did for [[CAPAB]] are ''[[Die Oresteia Trilogie]]'', ''[[Kom Terug, klein Sheba]]'' ("Come Back Little Sheba" -1981), ''[[Poppie Nongena]]'', ''[[Die Plaasvervangers]]'' ("The Replacements"), ''[[Kinkels innie Kabel]]'' (a Cape Afrikaans version of ''[[A Comedy of Errors]]'' by [[William Shakespeare]]), ''[[Faust]]'', ''[[The Miracle Worker]]'', ''[[Die Fisici]]'' ("The Physicists"), ''[[Mooi Maria]]'' ("Beautiful Maria"), and ''[[Faan se Trein]]'' ("Faan's train").  For the [[Baxter]] ''[[Agamemnon]]'', ''[[Siener in die Suburbs]]'' ("Seer in the suburbs"), ''[[Send for Dolly]]'' and ''[[Hamlet]]''.  For the [[Market]] ''[[Exit the King]]'', ''[[Patchers]]'' and  ''[[Casper and the Electric Chair]]''.  For [[PACT]] Blanche in ''[[Begeerte]]'' (Afrikaans version of "A Streetcar named Desire"), ''[[Exit the King]]'', ''[[Die Koggellaar]]'' ("The Taunter"), ''[[Antigone]]'', ''[[Last Summer at Bluefish Cove]]'', ''[[Kalkoen se kind]]'' (Lit "The child of a turkey "), ''[[Die Groot Wit Roos]]'' ("The Big White Rose"), ''[[Sakeman van Venesië]]'' ("The Merchant of Venice").   In 19** she began her television career, appearing in a range of dramas and soapa operas over the years. These include ''Ballade vir 'n Enkeling II'' ("Ballad for a Loner") , ''Vyfster'' ("Five Star"), ''Wolwedans in die Skemer'' ("The wolf's dance at nightfall"). Became one of the key performers and a household name in the long-lasting soap opera ''Egoli''. In the 2000s she returned to theatre on a freelance basis, to work with [[Marthinus Basson]], and others, on plays such as ''[[Die Soen]]'' ("The Kiss") and ''[[Om Goodbye te Sê]]'' ("To say goodbye"), ''[[Koggelmanderman]]'' ([[Pieter Fourie]] , 2003), . Also does motivational speaking and offers drama courses. At one time married to writer and playwright [[Terblanche Jordaan]]. VAN RENSBURG, Brumilda. She starred in ''[[Die Sakeman van Venesie]]'' at the [[Alexander]] in 1991. She  starred in [[Bobby Heaney]]’s production of ''[[Die Trem se Naam: Begeerte]]'', an Afrikaans translation of [[Tennessee Williams]]’''[[A Streetcar Named Desire]]'' together with [[Marius Weyers]] for [[TRUK]] in May 1985.
