He wrote ''[[Dick Whittington; or, The Cat, the Rat and the Fairy of Bow Bells]]'' (1893).
Together with Fitzroy Morgan he wrote and directed a stage version of ''[[Robinson Crusoe]]'' (1893/1894) and ''[[Babes in the Wood]]'' (1894).

In 1893 he appeared in ''[[L'Enfant Prodigue]]'' and ''[[Little Lord Fauntleroy]]'' for the [[Wheeler Company]].
