(19**-) Actor, director, teacher, playwright. Born in Thabazimbi, studied Drama at the [[University of Pretoria]]. Became a teacher, later principal of the Erasmia Primary School in Pretoria. Then founded the [[At Strydom Drama Studio]] in 1982. By 2007 the studio in Rooihuiskraal had 400 pupils a year. On March 1, 2006 also opened [[The Entertainer]] theatre in Centurion, to which is connected a casting agency, [[TECA]]. Also organises an arts festival, called [[Artisculta]]. He and his pupils perform children’s theatre at the theatre as well as at various festivals in the country. He himself writes and performs comedy shows. He writers much of his own material and that of his pupils. His is childrens’ works include ''[[Brompot & Pinocchio]]'' (2005), ''[[Konsternasie in die Koningkryk]]'' (2005), ''[[Mara se Wiegie]]'' (2006), His adult performances include ''[[Vreemde Vrede]]'' (2005), ''[[As die Son Sak]]'' (2007).
