1874-5: ''[[A Tour Around the World]]'' was presented in Cape Town from October 1874 to the beginning of January, 1875, and apparently met with great success. Possibly the marketing strategies of the producer (inter alia free gifts for attending, including live poultry for Christmas) contributed to this.
