First performed at the Adelphi Theatre, London in 1 November, 1824 and the Park Theatre, New York, in 1855. 

Published in London ''inter alia'' by Dick's and by [[Thomas Hailes Lacy]] (as Volume 22 of Lacy's acting edition, 1824), and in New York by E.M. Murden (1825) and [[Samuel French]] (1850).
