View source for P. Auret

[[P. Auret]] (17**-18**) was an amateur performer and theatre agent in Cape Town during the 1820s and 1830s. 

Auret was a member of [[Tot Nut en Vermaak]] in the 1820s, on occasion holding the subscription lists for performances at  21 Plein Street.   In the 1830s he became a member of [[C.E. Boniface]]'s society,  [[Honi Soit qui Mal y Pense]].
