''[[Die Boer]]'' (lit "The farmer") is a [[restaurant-theatre]] in Durbanville, Cape Town.

Conceived and founded by actress and director [[Margit Meyer-Rödenbeck]] and her husband the broadcasting engineer [[Jurg Human]] in 2004, opening on 20 April of 2005. Artistic decisions and the choice of artists is the responsibiltu of the founders, while Elsa Smit was appointed the manager of the restaurant in June 2005, with Daniël Heyns as the chef. 

The venue is situated at 6 Chenoweth Street, Durbanville.
