==The original text==

Part of the '''''[[Bafana Republic]]''''' series by Van Graan, it is satirical play about South African society. Originally writtern in 2008, it was later adapted to become a one-woman show called ''[[Banyana Republic]]'' (2011).

== Performances ==

2008: Performed at the [[Franschoek Literary Festival]], the [[Grahamstown Festival|National Arts Festival]] in Grahamstown and the [[Festival of Fame]] presented by the [[National School of the Arts]]. Also performed in Holland.  

2009: Performed  at the Harare International Festival of Arts, Zimbabwe.
