View source for Cane Growers' Hall

The [[Cane Growers' Hall]] is a theatre and college auditorium on the [[M.L. Sultan Campus]] of the [[Durban University of Technology]] ([[DUT]]). It was originally known as the '''[[Indian Cane Growers' Hall]]''' and was built in 1959 for the [[M.L. Sultan Technical College]], Durban, with a sponsorship from the Natal Indian Cane Growers' Association (founded 1936). 

Today it serves as an auditorium for the university and a performance space by the [[DUT Department of Drama and Production Studies]].

Among the many plays and theatrical events put on there over the years have been ''[[At the Edge]]'' (Govender),  ''[[A Clockwork Orange]]'' (Burgess)
