S'ketsh' is a theatre journal founded by Robert Kavanagh (under the nom de plume Mshengu) in 1972 and published by S'ketsh' Publications.

The name appears in various forms in sources, including S'ketsh and S'Ketsh

Only 6(?*) issues appeared sporadically between 1973 and 1979 (?*), but the articles are valuable resources on the vastly under-reported black theatre of the townships and rural areas under Apartheid. It also offered a forum for the discussion of practical and theoretical issues concerning the marginalized and oppressed theatre of black South Africa.

Numerous influential writers have published in the journal, including Credo Mutwa, Sipho Sepamla, Robert Kavanagh (writing as Mshengu and under a variety of other pseudonyms).

In 2016 Kavanagh published The Complete S'ketsh, a facsimile edition of the seven issues published in South Africa between 1972 and 1979. In addition to the texts and graphics of the seven issues, publication includes a Reading List at the end of the book for those who wish to find out more about the theatre personalities, developments and works referred to in S’ketsh’ Magazine. There is also a Consolidated Contents and a list of contributors.
