G.H. Galt

G.H. Galt (fl. mid-19th century) was a Cape Town resident and amateur performer.

Biography

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

He was a member of the Cape Town Theatrical Club (later to become the Cape Town Dramatic Club) in the period 1858-1861.

He later became the first secretary of the newly formed semi-professional company, the Alfred Dramatic Club, with Sefton Parry as manager.
