Sue Steele (19**-). Costume designer.

Biography

Training

Career

Since early 1980 she has been working on numerous film and theatre productions.

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

She designed for Take the Floor, Scenes from an Execution (1994), The Crucible(1996). She has designed costumes for Titus Andronicus for the Market Theatre (1995), The National Theatre in London and The Yorkshire Playhouse.

Other productions include Pale Natives (1994), Kafka Dances (1996), Mojo (1997) and Fordsburg's Finest (1998).

Awards, etc

Vita Award (National), award year 1994 Best Costume Designer for Scenes from an Execution. Nominated Vita Award (Gauteng region) for Mojo.
