Intimate Theatre Company

The Intimate Theatre Company in Durban was begun by Michael McNeile in December 1952. The main venue used for the company’s productions was the Master Builder’s Association, St Andrews Street, with a capacity of 360. Leading players included John Hussey, Norman Coombes, Joan Brickhill and Helen Braithwaite. Active until mid-1950s.
