("The circumloquatious Aunt Lenie") by C.J. Langenhoven. A short little Afrikaans monologue, satirising the garrullous town gossip. Published in Het Zuid-Westen, Oudtshoorn on 6 February, 1911, the author writing as "Credo Exacto". Used by amateur and school companies over the years.
